Mai Manniche, designer JEWLSCPH, has a clear and defined attitude to life and the modern woman. Therefore Mai was aware from the beginning, that jewellery - as well as it is beautiful - can be an unique way to express attitudes to life
The Tolerance necklace and the POWERnecklace are both special pieces of jewellery with a certain meaning, and has both become the trademarks of JEWLSCPH. But also the coorporation with both The Danish Heart organisation and the organisation Danner is of great importance to us. One very important statement that both the Tolerance necklace, the POWERnecklace and the special pieces of jewellery made for The Danish Heart organisation and Danner, is that they all in different ways focus on women and women rights.
About the Tolerance necklace
The Tolerance necklace unites the christian cross, the muslim half-moon and the jewish star of David. With the Tolerance Necklace, Women for Freedom and JEWLSCPH wishes to send a clear signal that we all share the same world, and we have to tolerate each other - but when that is said, religion can never be used as a weapon for repression of women. The entire profit from the Tolerance necklace are given to Women for Freedom, to support their continous work for womens rights.
The Tolerance necklace is available in several versions: The Classic Tolerance necklace, version 2.0, and a diamondversion.
The Tolerance necklace 2.0 is more simple in the design compared to the Classic Tolerance necklace. But the symbol is as clear as always!

About the POWER necklace
The POWER necklace is based on the new and unique POWERsign, developed by JEWLSCPH. It is a symbol that every women should wear, to signal their common and individual womanly strengths. The POWER sign unites the woman- and peace sign with a heart, and beautifully embraces the womanly spirit.
The POWER necklace was introduced by two strong and energetic young women - the fantastic singer Aura Dione and designer Mai Manniche, JEWLSCPH. Both women has already shown that they are able to achieve what they want, and follow their dreams.
The classic POWERnecklace is available in 24 karat goldplated sterling silver, rosa goldplated sterling silver, black ruthenium sterling silver and sterling silver + matching earrings.
It's also available in a more sparkling version, either the MULTI-POWERnecklace with purple amethyst, pink topaz, white topaz, blue topaz, peridots and red garnet precious stones, or with white topaz precious stones or smoky topaz precious stones.
The MULTI-POWER necklace is embellished with various precious gemstones in several colours, that symbolizes the idea behind the necklace - that we should all live together in peace, no matter gender, ethnical difference or religion. Furthermore the necklace unites the woman- and peacesign with a heart - and combined with precious gemstones in various colours, it clearly symbolizes that we have to remember our mutual womanly strengths!

About the Rainbow-monkey
The Rainbow-monkey is a made to support our environment. Each sold monkey buys 1 m2 of rainforrest, and it clearly shows that, to make sure we have a nice and healthy world - we ALL need to take responsibility for this. We can all make a difference - every dollar counts in the big picture.

About The heart of a woman & The POWERheart / The Danish Heart Organisation
Since 2009 JEWLSCPH has been a part of The Danish Heart Organisations campaign "Love the Heart" (Elsk Hjertet) - which focus on women and heartdiseases. It's very important with this focus, since we have to turn around the statistics currently saying that one of the main death causes among women are related to heart problems. Research, exercise and healthy living can turn this around.
In 2009 Mai designed the jewellery-set - The Heart of a woman - which consist of a heartshaped necklace and matching earrings in flatcut smoky topaz surrounded by a thin 24 karat goldplated sterling silver border.
In 2010 Mai designed for the campaign a new piece of jewellery - The POWERheart - a nice heart embellished with small white topaz precious stones - available in 24 karat goldplated sterling silver and black ruthenium sterling silver.
By wearing The Heart of a woman or The POWERheart each woman clearly tells her surroundings, that she cares - about her own health and the health of all other women.
About the Danner necklace
In coorporation with the Danish organisation "Danner" - JEWLSCPH has in the early 2011 launched The Danner necklace (Dannerkæden) to support the organisations work with
battered women and children.
The Danner necklace consist of two charms: the femalesign and a small heart with a small ruby precious stone - as a symbol for women and love.
The Danner necklace is a symbol of love to women, love to the good life - and therefore a piece of jewellery which in a beautiful way is a statement from the woman who wears it to the rest of the world: We will not accept any kind of violence against women and children - AND we need to open our eyes for this and help each other.
The Danner necklace is available in sterling silver, black ruthenium sterling silver and 24 karat goldplated sterling silver. All three versions are available in both 44 and 79 cm.
